Anuj Singh
Anuj is an Economist with the Macro Financial Division at the Central Bank of Ireland (the Bank). Primarily, his research relates to borrower resilience and household financial stability. In his previous role at the Bank, Anuj was part of the Behavioural Consumer Finance Unit (BCFU) where he focused on topics including household financial decision-making and consumer protection as well as application of behavioural insights in understanding consumer choices and actions. Anuj contributed to the Review of Differential Pricing in Insurance Markets completed by the Bank in 2021, and have collaborated on projects related to inertia in current account, mortgage and insurance switching decisions. Prior to the Bank, Anuj was an Economist with Indecon International Economic Consultants and has also held short-term consulting positions with UNU-WIDER, Concern Worldwide and Micro Insurance Academy.
